Meet our Youth Pastor - Pastor Noah
I love being involved with the ministry here at Richfield! In 2019, I spent six months serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Australia and Taiwan! I am currently finishing up my Pastoral degree at Vanguard College. I am passionate about witnessing people take their next step in a personal relationship with Jesus and witnessing God’s plan for their lives unfold. I enjoy playing musical instruments, participating in sports, playing board games, and spending time outdoors.
Meet our Youth Associate - Kristen
"Assisting Pastor Noah with Richfield's youth ministry, Kristen loves to talk, sing, hike, organize/host events, and connect teens to Jesus in a fun, authentic, and meaningful way.
With a background of working with women coming out addictions, supporting people of all ages and backgrounds, and now working more heavily with the youth population at Richfield and mentoring teenage girls, Kristen's general mission and greatest desire has become to help people find freedom from lies they believe about themselves and about God that are holding them back in life, and helping them COME ALIVE in their relationship with Jesus, so they can walk in purpose and passion, becoming who they’re meant to become."

Youth nights are a blast, and we love serving the youth in our community! We gather at our church every Friday from 7:00-9:00pm. A typical youth night consists of a time of worship, a message, a snack, and a fun activity! We hope our students feel blessed as they connect with God, our volunteers, and each other!
Some of our favorite games to play are: 9 Square in the Air, Real Life Hungry Hippos, Nerf Wars, Remote Control Car Rocket League, Gaga Ball, Lego, Basketball, and Where's Waldo!
